Users can add themselves as Contact but can't delete it afterwards

Steps to reproduce

1. Open menu, Contacts
2. Click Add Contact
3. Add yourself using the phone number of your current account, click Create

Expected behaviour

Either prevent users from adding themselves as contact, or provide a way to delete it, or both?

Actual behaviour

You will see yourself as a contact in the Contacts list, but there is no way to delete it from the Contacts list.
