Telegram Desktop - high CPU usage on Windows 7
Steps to reproduce
- Run Telegram

EDIT 1: 2nd step: Open any chat. 3rd step: Open stick's selector on the right side.

Actual behaviour
When I'm running Telegram Desktop I have really high CPU usage, higher than some FPS game. After longer time of run Telegram doesn't response and it's closing by system (crash).

I have to kill the process to stop this, closing telegram doesn't work.

I have to kill the process to stop this, closing telegram doesn't work.
Same on Windows 7 - process needs to be killed by task manager.
2023-10-20 Still the same on Windows 7: Telegram Desktop (currently V4.10.2) very frequently starts to use full CPU. It can only be stopped by killing the process. When freshly restarted things look good for some time, but then suddenly CPU usage again rises to 100% (one core). Reason or trigger unknown.
