Option to download multiple selected voice records disappeared (and before was, but was not working correctly, not downloading in reality)

Steps to reproduce

1. Select for example >1 voice records
2. right click on some selected record for options (I've checked all the possible issues like certain voice msg already downloaded or downloading self voice recording vs someone else, in private chats or public groups etc. Maybe it's missing because of my account being telegram premium?)

• Bonus - as in title. Before the recent update of telegram, I had this option to download those files, but when there was more like 4 voice recordings, telegram was showing that it downloads the files, but in actuality it was not, the files could not be found anywhere on the PC
