[Feature Request] Easy access to downloads section

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The downloads section is buried in the menus. The little menu that appears when a download is active, disappears soon after. I have to click 4 times to access the downloads section.

Describe the solution you'd like

A much simpler solution to access the downloads section with 1-2 clicks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe a keyboard shortcut?
