Incoming calls are automatically declined

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch TDesktop
2. Check that Settings-Notifications-"Accept calls on this device" is checked
3. Get an incoming call

Expected behaviour

The popup is visible and there is an option to accept the call

Actual behaviour

The incoming call is being declined immediately

Even if I uncheck Settings-Notifications-"Accept calls on this device" the behaviour is the same. Incoming calls are being rejected.
