Steps to reproduce

Share application to somebody. Expand application (full screen)

Expected behaviour

User see entire window

User see cropped window

Windows 10 Pro and Xubuntu

And looks like if some additional displays with different scale connected - window cropped more. As example notebook have 1920x1080 screen with scale 125% but additional display have resolution 1920x1080 with 100% scale
