[Feature Request] Emoji autoupdater

I want a feature that, when an emoji pack is updated by the vendor, telegram desktop auto-updates it, without needing the whole app to be updated

This is not planned, sorry. The emoji list and graphics are heavily processed before being able to be shown in-app. So all emoji updates come with an app update as well. And it requires a lot of work to update them.
