Name_mappings config not reloaded

The issue is present in docker environment. It is neede to restart cygnus container to reload the name_mapping configuration

This issue applies only to a cygnus based on docker (not kubernetes) which loads configuration from a volume: if file is modified inside or container it is no necessary restart cygnus. But if file is modified outside of container (more often behavior) then it's needed restart container in order to docker reloads volume file.

This issue is not present in SaaS environment.

IMHO is not a bug of cygnus, it is something inherent of way of docker loads volumes.
