Open up hidden modules

I'm doing some work with the types of this package (making strict variants to keep a strict version of all the types), but I've hit the roadblock that I can't access the constructors for KeyId, and other types that are re-exported without their internals from Jose.Types.

It's unreasonable of me to ask for strict versions of all the constructors, so I ask that the hidden modules are revealed to the world such that we can mess around (at our own risk) with the internals.
