Providing pull requests is not possible because of CodeFinder is failing on the original code

When a PR is created some checks are performed on the changed files by the 'CodeFinder' and 'LGTM analysis: Python' checkers. However for the file 'C++/rsa_api_cpp/consumers.cpp' the CodeFinder is finding problems in unmodified lines of the original source code.

This makes it impossible to provide an new PR.

Please fix the original source code files in such a way that they pass the used code checkers.
