Include `tkn-results` in our tests

Feature request

tkn-results should be tested alongside other code changes - both for unit testing and e2e testing.

Use case

  • Ensure tkn-results is up to date with code features.
  • Run e2e tests by issuing tkn-results commands.
  • Ultimately release the tkn-results plugin alongside the api and watcher releases.
