Support `Runs` created from `Custom Tasks`
Feature request
In addition to TaskRuns and PipelineRuns, add support for Runs.
Use case
As we are directing users and tools to rely on Results API for the complete status information of child objects, we need to add support for Runs as well. See TEP-0100: Embedded TaskRuns and Runs Status in PipelineRuns for details.
