Custom HTTPS certificate for HTTP URL resolver
Feature request
Following the introduction of an http URLs resolver in this PR it would be great to expand on this and let an admin or a user specify a custom HTTPs certifcate to fetch the URL from.
Use case
It may be useful for users to share tasks in a corporate environment where custom HTTPS is the norm.
This probably can be either a user params from the resolver and a global configmap entry in the https resolver configmap
