Stop action on multiple selected pipelines

I want to be able to stop multiple pipelines.

Use case

We ran thousands of pipelines a day, sometimes we need to free resources for a particular heavy pipeline, but we want to retain logs and statuses.

I want to be able to select multiple pipelines and be able to stop, not delete.

Thanks for the feature request @caiocampoos. This is something we might consider after the current major updates are complete as we're making significant changes to the Dashboard's API layer.

This is being added by https://github.com/tektoncd/dashboard/pull/4374 which should be included in v0.61 later this month.
