Need to add an indication (tekton chains logo) when a task is signed by tekton chains for taskRuns

Feature request

Need to display tekton chains logo when a taskRun has a task result *IMAGE_URL and *IMAGES_DIGEST and the platform has Tekton Chains deployed.

Additional context

This might not be a simple change because usually annotations are added after the execution and the taskRun itself is not reconciled.

Thanks @jisoolee, as discussed offline we're currently considering decorating the status icon on the task to indicate when a given task has been signed by chains. This will not use the chains logo due to size, but will provide another marker in its place.

Some additional work required to confirm which specific fields / annotations should trigger this new marker, and then to make sure this information is available in the appropriate component.
