tektoncd
Add chains.admin group.
Needed to grant access to dependabot alerts, protected branch configs, etc.

If it's a one-off I can do the setup for you but if you prefer to have it ongoing it makes sense to me - I'm surprised it's not actually already the case... I wonder if GitHub changed permissions on their side?
