Update the `buildkit` task to not use `PipelineResources`
Expected Behavior
The buildkit and buildkit-daemonless tasks does not use PipelineResources
Actual Behavior
The buildkit task still uses PipelineResources even if they are deprecated.
We should create a v0.2 that does not uses PipelineResources.
