Any chance we can get a .Net 4.8 Target?

There is a bug in the .Net build process where you can't reference a NetStandard2.0 assembly in an asp.net webSITE project. See here:

The simplest solution is to target both net48 and netstandard2.0 in the library. Any chance this can be included?
