Disable karabiner on a single application

How can I disable the keymap bindings on a single app (specifically rubymine)? I read about private.xml, but it seems to apply to an older version of Karabiner and I can't find that for the current version.

There is PassThough module and it is in the source tree but not sure how to trigger it in karabiner.json in rules section...
