Change Keypad Comma to Dot not working on MacOs 10.12 (Sierra)

Hi, The Change Keypad Comma to Dot doesn't work anymore on Mac Os Sierra. At first was thinking it was a common bug, waiting for an update solving this particular problem. Now we are on 10.12.3 and the bug is always here.

Can someone can give a look at it ?

Karabiner is NOT working under Sierra, please check out "Karabiner-Element" :)
