[feat] Add Teia terms to minting page

Describe the problem

We used to have wording accepting the Teia terms and conditions on the minting page, but it was removed at some point. We should consider adding it back since we keep seeing artists who claim they weren't aware of the requirements of our marketplace.

Add wording + link to Teia terms of service.
