Cannot run docker command

Hi, We need to run docker build command in our jenkins slave image which has docker installed during spinning of new slave. So we used the given docker image and created a test job with execute shell as build and passed docker ps in it. It fails with an error docker not found. Help me where i the mistake or any pre request which has to be carried. TIA
