Can this sync from Netflix history like the SIMKL extension does?

The only reason I use SIMKL is that with its extension, everytime you open up chrome it syncs Netflix on the background and updates your SIMKL history.

Can this extension do that?

No idea what SIMKL is, but this extension does offer the option to sync your history, although it doesn't do it automatically in the background whenever you open the browser.
