Virtual Threads

Dear TeeTime team,

I wonder whether this project would benefit vom Virtual Threads?

If one has a large network of stages, the number of threads (active stages and/or taskfarm stages) could also be large. I think that especially active stages waiting for input could benefit from running in a virtual thread. Or taskfarm stages, that do tasks involving waiting (e.g. polling) would benefit.

What do you think?
