Videolab 1.1.1 not exporting Android version

I'm curious if Videolab 1.1.1 needs to be used in a specific version of Unity? I imported the package into Unity 2018.2.20 and it exported a folder that has Mac, iOS, and Android folders, however there were no files in the Android folder. Is there something else I need to know to export current videopaks that are working on iOS so they can be used in the new Android OP-Z app?
