using the library with U1 serial

Hello, I have two questions:

  1. Can this library be used with U1 serial (RX1 - GPIO9; TX1 - GPIO10)?
  2. Can the library be used when the environment is Arduino IDE?

If the answersa are positive I'd appreciate detailed implementation guidance. If not - which library can be used?
