report: junit: resulting xml to include relevant test run information

It would be helpful to have a single test results file with related test run information. QE could use this results file further in the automated pipeline to analyze results, generate reports, etc

The resulting xml may include the below information:

• compose
• architecture
• SUT hostname
• links to test run logs, including console log
• tests executed:
  • fmf id
  • start/stop (duration) time
  • overall result(?)
  • links to logs
    • every log reported with (tmt|rhts|rstrnt)-report-log should have a link
  • test phases:
    • result
    • links to logs
    • checks: dmesg, avc
