Enable `vcpu`s number for `virtual` provisioning step

Hi, currently it seems that virtual provisioning step has only 2 vCPUs. That is quite low on the current HW and more demanding tests might be quite slow thanks to this.

Could we add a possibility to specify number of vCPUs?
