Add support for installing brew/koji build

Let's extend the install prepare step plugin to support comfortably installing packages from brew and koji. Possible options to be considered:

--build 1482415
--build tmt-0.12-1.fc31
--build https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1482415

Or rather having a dedicated options for brew/koji builds/tasks?

--brew-build
--brew-task
--koji-build
--koji-task

Another option could be to add internal urls into a separate package with config. How should we install modules? Let's brainstorm here.
