The DFX file will not open in LibreCAD, AutoCAD or allow me to convert it to a PDF. Could you post a PDF of the file?

Hmm it looks like it's working for me?

How are you downloading it? Seems like you can't right click -> save link as from the readme as that seems to add a bunch of HTML which won't work. If you right click -> save link as on the Raw it opens fine for me.
