Unable to install new kernels on Mint 18.3

Describe the bug When you try to install kernel latest kernels ( stable ) Ukuu throws error and asks for libssl 1.10 or newer. However on Ubuntu 16.04 based distros , version 1.0.2 is available. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go toU kuu on Ubuntu 16.04 or similar
  2. Click on 4.18 kernels
  3. Error message:

Expected behavior Be able to install new kernels. Screenshots ekran goruntusu - 2018-10-01 20-48-00
