Can't log in after restoring snapshots

Describe the bug Can't log in after restoring several rsync spanshots. Also, snapshots were forward in time by 2 hours (Maybe 3?). I believe this is because I used the timedatectl set-local-rtc 1 --adjust-system-clock command. Might this be the issue?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to TTY or bootable Manjaro installer.
  2. Restore to a recent snapshot.
  3. Stuck in login screen with mouse movement.

Expected behavior Be able to log in to KDE and XMonad.
