gtk version doesnt show 'filters'

OS: manjaro latest (20.00?) timeshift version: 20.03 (installed from aur with yay)

I can't find how to include/exclude from my home dir. I dont have any filters regardless of whether I've selected to include my home dir or not.

By default the HOME folder is excluded. That should be shown on the Users tab. I have the same issue. No filter tab is shown when BTRFS is enabled. When RSYNC is used, the filter tab is actually shown.

It looks to be by design https://github.com/teejee2008/timeshift/blob/5fd22a0bf67d68ca48d7d786aeedb4f4619313cf/src/Gtk/SettingsWindow.vala#L108 I don't know what the rationale is for this.
