forgot to remove qemu-kvm, qemu-utils from Depends in latest debian/control commit

Hi, thanks for nice file-manager ;) It seems you forgot to remove qemu-kvm, qemu-utils from Depends debian/control in latest commit commit/e27f7a47dc1c21192ed43534d1a1d09ddacb6202

Now qemu-kvm, qemu-utils,is in both - Depends and Recommends, please remove from Depends.

Btw, I think it would be better to move huge packages, like qemu-kvm, qemu-utils and maybe ghostscript to Suggests instead of Recommends, because packages in Recommends are installed by defaults, while only few File-Manager users needs qemu
