Escape does not close pop-up windows for tiling managers that remove title bars

Describe the bug Escape or CTRL+W does not close pop-up windows.

This is preferred behavior for Window Managers that remove the title bars. As the Close icons are not available (see screenshot)

This may be a feature request rather than a bug report as it may not be coded yet.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Any location
2. Right click and select Properties
3. Attempt to close the pop-up without clicking on the Close icon

Expected behavior In all Pop-Ups: there should be a Escape, CTRL+W,
