RClone integration

The integration with RClone, although extremely powerful, is a bit rough on the angles IMO:

• when finished adding a new cloud service, Polo should refresh the list of cloud services which is now achieved only by quitting the application
• the name given to a Google Drive cloud service is not kept

• when adding two or more loud services belonging to different Google Drive accounts, only one is displayed in the cloud service list
