Zoom icons

Would be good to be able to zoom in and out, i.e. scale icon sizes (but not text) in all views via ctrl-scroll wheel, ctrl +/- and a GUI slider in the view popup menu.

I see the option is in the settings dialog but it would be good to be more readily accessible via the keyboard and mouse shortcuts and view popup (it took me a while to find it!).
