AUR package does not build - Needs Vala dependency updated

Describe the bug Does not build in AUR package, maintainer says it needs to be updated to latest Vala.

To Reproduce Try to build AUR package

Expected behavior It should build.

System:

• Linux Distribution Name and Version: Arch Linux with latest Kernel 5.0
• Desktop: KDE
• Application Version: Latest 18.8-3

Hi! I want to try Aptik as i sounds like the tool i searched for since i moved to Linux last year. Sadly the AUR package does not build. The maintainer of the AUR package wrote that Vala needs to be updated to the latest version. As i am still a Noob in the Linux world, i dont know if the Updating of Vala needs to be done by the AUR maintainer, or upstream/here. So i thought i would post here in case this is not known. If this needs to be done not upstream but by the AUR maintainer, sorry for the missunderstanding! Greetings
