Firewall Support

Hey there, I have a custom domain that is used as a tunnel for my minecraft server. Playit.gg, the provider of said tunnel, also has a firewall in place that allows me to block all incoming requests accept for the ones (my friends) that I allow. This is more than likely the reason for why this bot is no longer working to monitor my server. Is there a way I can whitelist the bot so it can get status info about my server?
