Tool fails to append features, tries to recreate feature class

@tedrick It looks like this tool is exactly what we are after, but we are having a little issue. The tool worked perfectly first run, but on the second run we've encountered the following error.

                    -Creating Feature Classes & Tables

====================== FAIL: Making Tables exception: ERROR 000258: Output lscgis_stage.sde\lsc_ln62_ECL_001_24__5KV_SWITCHGEAR already exists Failed to execute (CreateFeatureclass).

Any idea why on the second run it may be failing?

We will try tweaking a few things in our config, like removing the underscore from our prefix etc.

It seems to be as I imagined, looks like the additional _ in our prefix for the table killed it. After removing that things seem to be fine.
