Tables are being created but contents of the table are not being copied

@tedrick Hi, thank you very much for this script/tool. I think this is what our team needs. Currently, we have setup a survey 123 with a custom submission_url to a hosted feature service. I created two view layers from this service - to have two separate table which corresponds to the two tables we need to update in the SDE. It works fine when I run the tool and pick a local FGDB as the destination folder. But when I run it to point to the destination SDE, the table is being created but the content of the table is not being copied. I’m getting this exception error 999999.
