Still getting 15 minute data ?

I have novec as a utility provider so wanted to try this. I took a slightly different route - used the same parameters you have for the api but used python. Just wanted to try data retrieval first before getting into storage. I am only getting monthly data. No data is found when set to DAILY or HOURLY. Just wanted to check if you are seeing the same thing? Is there something else besides setting the timeframe to HOURLY that has to be done?

I'm still getting 15-minute granularity data. Can you confirm you can see granular data in Novec SmartHub if you select "Interval" for the interval? If not, then perhaps you have a different type of smart meter or Novec has some issue reading your meter? Here's what I see for my account:

Note that when selecting "Interval" on the Web UI, the request includes "timeFrame": "HOURLY" in the request json.

Interesting - my interval button is greyed out and set to monthly. I can only select a monthly date range from the date picker. Selecting a specific date reverts it back to “MM YY” format. I can only see monthly data on the hub.

Do you actually have a smart meter? If so, I would contact Novec and ask about why you only have monthly data.

I do - they came out to swap out the old meter over a year ago.
