I added some additional testing code over the last week, so you should try things again. From the project root run "./tests/runTests.sh" rather than calling phpunit direct :-)

Currently throwing a low bucket error despite full bucket

This happens when a creep manages to fall into another shard via a portal. Since no CPU is allotted to the other shard the bucket ends up being completely empty....
