@ryanto, moved feb_meta to the BestsController and added a section to the Readme. Let me know what your thoughts are on next steps...I'm happy to keep working on this.

@ryanto can you please let us know when you can merge this pull request into your code base? We have been using the version on @ngottlieb personal repo. We will prefer to be working off of the official repo sooner rather than later. Thanks.

TED has shifted to React and will no longer maintain this application/library. If you wish to continue using this application/library, please create a pull request and repo ownership can be transferred. This repository will be archived at the end of 2022.
