Change infoBulle to tcolorbox from mdframed

tcolorbox is already used for customising minted environments. Currently infoBulle (and derivatives like marginInfoBulle) use mdframed. It doesn't make sense to load two packages that do the same thing, and mdframed seems to be the inferior package (see: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/135871/what-are-the-relative-strong-and-weak-points-between-tcolorbox-and-mdframed).
