Inject an HL7 CDA2 (xml) into a PDF/A (using XFAResources )

Hi all, i'm trying to understand if is possible to use TCPDF, and how, to add an xml (as described in this HL7 standard specification) into a PDF using XFAResources. Actually i use TCPDF to generate PDF but i don't found a fast way to do it.

Have you a suggest, thanks.
