Barcode print out issues cannot scan

HI,

i have some issues facing under barcode print out. while i design the barcode label under the small label format, the barcode printed out not able to scan.

I design it using the ireport which will using phpjasperxml code to generate the reports and print from pdf to the printer.

Can assists me on this and the page design is 4cm x 3 cm, and need to print under portrait. but the printout will be landscape.
