Voice problem

I have installed the file of the new Inav Lua version on the Taranis X9D SE 2019 transmitter, everything seems to work correctly, what does not work is when switching between flight modes. I try to explain myself better, changing the various flight modes no voice file reminds me which flight phase I have set. What is the advice for having the voice reproduced in this case? The language set in the radio is English and all other voice functions work correctly. Thank you for your support. Franco
