Hey Tim, or TWT team member who manages this repo, the above python file is an alternate code for the program done in tutorial 3, the one to make live video feed appear 4 times in the same window. I did not know how to reach out to you, so i used github. The important lines you need to look at is from 12 to 26. This code basically shows you dont need cv2.rotate() method. BTW plsss continue the opencv series. It's really well executed! This is my first time using github.....so not sure what i'm really doing or whether this file would reach you or not :/
