Is it possible to use the Intel Neural Compute Stick?

Dear Sir Is it possible to use the Intel Neural Compute Stick 2 to speed up camera detection as an alternative to the GPU? If possible, what would be the implementation. I currently have one of these devices but I only find information on how to use it in python and not in yolov.net
